Go to the movies alone, book in for a luxurious spa day or grab lunch in your favorite restaurant.

Visiting the favorite restaurants or places you shared with your ex will trigger memories of the moments you shared. Create new memories by changing your routine, and the places you visit. Find your new favorite places.

#5. Get a makeover.

Happiness if fuelled by confidence. A makeover can give you a serious self-confidence boost and a new look for a new chapter.

#6. Focus on you.

Visualize how your ideal future looks – now go forth and put goals in place to achieve your dreams.
