If I told you that one doctor healed an entire ward of criminally insane patients without ever meeting a single one of them, would you believe me? Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, a Hawaiian doctor, and an expert in Ho’oponopono took up that exact task and succeeded. He never met a single one of his patients personally. He simply agreed to read their files. As he read the files of the criminally insane, he practiced the Ho’oponopono mantra. By the end of one year, the Hawaii State hospital had to close their criminally insane ward because there were no patients left.
What is Ho’oponopono and Why You Should Make it a Practice
Dr. Len claims, “I was simply cleaning the part of me that I shared with them.” He took complete responsibility for everything in his life and used his shared consciousness with these patients to help heal them and himself at the same time.
So what is Ho’oponopono and how do we implement it into our lives? You won’t believe how easy it is to practice this on a daily basis. Read on to learn more!

First, I want you to put your hand over your heart or somewhere where you can feel your pulse. Take a deep breath and say these four phrases:
“I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.”
I like to imagine myself when I do this or someone that I’m feeling anger or resentment toward (hey, I’m only human!). I keep repeating the phrases until I feel a shift. Sometimes I even repeat these phrases while I meditate. It helps to keep my mind on the present moment.
Doing this will help to improve yourself and improve your world. Make sure that once you’re done try to feel as grateful and as much love as you can. You’ll enjoy this process. I promise you.
