Demi Lovato looked gorgeous at the European Music Awards recently! Her hair was stunning. She was serving a look that was somewhere in between Cher and Kim Kardashian West. Check her out below.

Her gorgeous look was created by friend and hairstylist, César DeLeön Ramirêz. Cesar is so talented so I made sure to ask him all about this look.
Here’s what César says about Demi and her look, “I was excited to be work with Demi Lovato for the EMAs. I think she exudes so much sexiness. After collaborating with La Roche on the red carpet look, I knew I wanted hair that was sexy but simple. We wanted something that would compliment the sultry reveal but keep the over all look chic! ”

To start, I installed a full head of 32 inch extensions. I work with Indique hair which is in my opion the best quality hair on the Market. It’s why I will be launching my own wig and extensions line this fall with Indique’s support.
Once the hair was extended, I used TIGI Catwalk Haute Iron Spray to smooth and heat protect as I Ironed each section straight. To finish I lightly coated the hair with Mizani HD Shyne Spray for a high shine sleek look.
