She looks absolutely stunning, no? Celebrity makeup artist Kathy Jeung was inspired by the singer’s Giambattista Valli gown. Check it out below to see the dress firsthand.
If you love Rita’s makeup look, you’re in luck. Kathy Jeung has sent me all her steps to recreating this look at home. Read on to find out what she used to get Rita red carpet ready.
SKIN
After applying moisturizer, Kathy brushed on Rimmel London Match Perfect Concealer in Light/Medium, letting it set and tapping with her ring finger to blend. Next, she applied Rimmel London InstaFlawless Skin Tint to give Rita’s skin a radiant finish. To set the look, Kathy lightly dusted her skin with Rimmel London InstaFlawless Fix and Matte Setting Powder using a fluffy face brush.
To finish, she applied Rimmel London Sculpting and Highlighting Kit by Kate Moss in Golden Sands to contour and highlight Rita’s cheeks, leaving them with a rosy glow.
LIPS
Kathy prepped Rita’s lips with Rimmel London Lip Conditioning Balm by Kate as a primer and then applied Rimmel London The Only 1 Matte in Salute.
EYES & BROWS
Kathy used Rimmel London Magnif’Eyes Eye Contouring Palette in London Nudes Calling and Keep Calm & Wear Gold, applying a beige color on the browbone and rosy bronze color on the lid and crease, blending it out towards the temples. For an added pop, she applied a metallic gold shade to the corner of the eyes.
To enhance her gorgeous brows, Kathy used the Rimmel London Brow This Way Sculpting Kit in Blonde. She brushed Rita’s brows into place with brush, then filled, shaped and set them with the wax and powder.
Finally, she applied Rimmel London Scandaleyes Mascara to upper and lower lashes.
