First Lady, United States Senator, Secretary of State and Presidential Candidate, Hillary Clinton has worn many different hats throughout her political career. While her political stance is certain, her style choices have been something else entirely. It’s taken her many years to earn her way into that famous blue pantsuit she’s known for today. So, what of her style before the pantsuit? You may be surprised to find out that Hillary was a bit of a hipster, a 90’s mom and a First Lady impersonator when it came to her style choices. Below, are some of her best style looks. Check them out and be sure to leave me a message in the comments section. Are you a fan of Hillary’s vintage looks?
70s Hipster- Secretary Clinton has always been full of surprises, so you can be sure her style has never been one to disappoint! Just check out the hip look she’s wearing below. She’s rocking some amazing glasses, a clean white button up, striped high-waist pants, and a pair of shuffler sandals. So 70s but it definitely gives off that “intellectual hipster vibe.”
90’s Mom- After giving birth to Chelsea, she embraced that 90’s mom look. She chopped her locks off and went for some bangs and a lob while wearing a patriotic pinstriped dress. Oh, and don’t forget those geometric sandals. While her style choices may have had her looking like every other 90’s mom out there, she certainly found the spotlight as Arkansas’ Mom of the Year & Woman of the Year.
Jackie 0 2.0- After her husband’s inauguration into the White House, Hillary began taking her First Lady Duties seriously – even down to her style choices. We’re talking 50 shades of pink, classic silhouettes, and repeats of Jackie O’s oversized sunglasses along with quaint accessories in order to match every outfit.
The Ultimate Pantsuit of Feminine Power- If Hillary was ever meant to wear one outfit for the rest of her life, it would definitely be her blue pantsuit! It fits her personality perfectly. She’s definitely found her signature look. Look out 2016 Presidential Race, this blue suit isn’t going away anytime soon!
