The black lipstick trend has taken over red carpets and it has spilled over to social media specifically Instagram which is helping to spread the trend globally. Wearing black lipstick can be a little intimidating at first, but fans of the trend are proving that women of all skin tones can rock the look and look amazing while doing so.
What has impressed me the most, is how some women have taken the trend to the next level. Some of my favorite inspirations come from Instagram and I hope they help inspire you too.

How pretty is this unique design? It shows the black lipstick on the bottom lip with red roses painted delicately on top. The top is a dark red accented with glitter. Make sure you stay away from eating and drinking so as not to ruin this artwork.
Of course, Kylie Jenner has been rocking the black lipstick trend for some time now. She shows how pretty such a dark color can be. This shade was from her Kyle Cosmetics collection.
