The Golden Globes are coming up tomorrow. As you know, I love award shows for a million reasons but, especially, for one in particular—the fashion. I’m all about red carpet style. This Sunday we get to see gorgeous actresses in gorgeous designer gowns. Plus, the Golden Globes are one of the biggest awards shows, so you know these ladies will be stepping up their game. In the meantime, let’s take a look at some of my favorite Golden Globes dresses of award shows past. Check it out below and see if your favorite Golden Globes red carpet moment made the cut.
Last year, my lovely friend, Eva Longoria, wore the white detailed dress below! It was perfectly tailored to her petite frame and truly spoke to her style. I love simple details and Eva always rocks them with such grace.
Amy Adams stunned in this red number. Red is such a powerful choice for the red carpet and she made it all her own last year. It wasn’t a look that made headlines but it was definitely one of my favorite looks. Just check her out below! Do you agree?
Angelina Jolie always makes the red carpet worth watching! Even in 1999, she was making award shows her own personal catwalk.
I’m all for a little black dress, so when I saw Kate Winslet in this fitted strapless gown during the 2009 Golden Globes, where she won not once but twice, I knew it would be a favorite for years to come. All it takes is a simple dress to make a red carpet moment stand out.
Pants? For an award show? Looks like the one below weren’t really commonplace until Emma Stone donned this gorgeous jumpsuit complete with a bow at the back. Love it!
My girl, JLo, made headlines in this dress and it’s no wonder. Just check her out! Gorgeous. Stunning. Fabulous. She knows how to strut on the red carpet, especially at the Golden Globes.
