To practice self-care, you can ultimiately do anything you like to do from writing in your journal to spending time working on those Christmas crafts. Self-care is all about indulging in your own interests! If you’re a fashion lover like me, then there are ways for you to practice your self-care routine through your style! It’s all about enjoying fashion and taking the time to dedicate yourself to your own personal style. Read on to learn more and be sure to let me know what you think in the comments section
Figure Out Your Style- If you know you love fashion but aren’t sure where to begin, then it’s time to start playing with your style! Go for looks that speak to your personality. Start by looking at outfits and pieces you adore and try to emulate them, from there you can work on your own style. This is definitely a fun process where you’ll get to know yourself and your sense of style.

Think Ahead- Once you’ve got your style down, try to give yourself some time for fashion. Everyday, put aside 15 or 20 minutes to think about what you want to wear the next day. This way, you can almost empty your mind and focus on one thing: your personal style. This also opens up some time for fashion so you aren’t scrambling the next day and end up putting on any old thing. It gives you time to figure out what makes you comfortable.
