I know first what it takes to work from home—a lot of discipline. When you don’t have anyone else around to account for your work, it’s easy to get distracted, and lazy—especially when it comes to your style. I’ve spent many-a-day wearing my PJs, and quickly learned that isn’t the way to go. I glam up a little from time to time. It doesn’t take much and it’s fun. I try to put on some concealer and mascara, add some leggings and I’m ready for the workday. Below, I’ve got my top tips on how to dress while working remotely. Read on to learn more!
Consider Your Comfort- You’re working from home so that means no suit and tie required. Put on your stretchiest leggings and your favorite top. Add some shoes or stick to some fuzzy socks. If your heading to a cafe or library, keep it casual. You’re allowed to dress with your comfort in mind!
Work mode. Going in hard tonight. Nothing like making stuff happen. #justdoit

Stay Away From PJ’s(unless your Selena Gomez)- This is my number one rule! I don’t feel like it’s a proper workday if I stay in my pajamas and you won’t either. Get dressed in order to get a ritual going. This is the best way to feel like your starting your day right!

Keep Details in Mind- Just because your working from home doesn’t mean you can’t add a little jewelry or makeup into the mix. I hate feeling like a slob so I like adding earrings and some fresh makeup before I “get to work.”
Sometimes Athleticwear is a Must- Someone made jogging pants and sports bras so comfortable for a reason, which is why it’s okay to wear your athletic gear while working remotely! Especially if your planning to workout later on in the day! This is what you wear when you’ve got a productive day ahead.
